I found this in a frame hanging in the masjid where I go for Jumah. Says it has been compiled by an Allamah Shah Muhammad Abulkhair Sahib from a madrassah in Agra.
I think this is very useful for a lot of people who are confused about how to join in to any of the 5 daily prayers once they have missed one or more rakat. It applies to the Hanafi madhhab.
InshaAllah, I will try to translate the urdu text in parts over the comming days.
